Beko

BEKO is globally renowned for its high-quality components and systems for an optimised compressed air quality. For more than 30 years, they have developed, manufactured and sold high-quality, reliable and efficient BEKO compressed air technologies and systems for compressed air processing and condensate technology.

Condensate is an ever-present element in the generation of compressed air. In most cases, this condensate contains oil, is contaminated with dirt particles and spreads throughout the entire compressed air system. This system problem can result in extensive damage and extra costs. Here at Glaston, we use BEKO’s BEKOMAT technology to drain condensate in the compressed-air system in an electronically level-controlled manner. More than 3,000,000 installations worldwide make it the industrial standard for reliable and cost-effective condensate drainage.

Compressed-air condensate often consists of 99% water and 1% oil. In which case, BEKO’s ÖWAMAT oil-water separation system enables on-site processing of the oil-containing condensate, which is far more favourable than the cost-intensive disposal via specialist companies. Stable emulsions of oil-containing condensate or industrial wastewater cannot always be processed by oil-water separation systems. In such cases, BEKOSPLIT offers a cost-effective processing solution that Glaston can supply for you and your business.

BEKOMAT features and benefits

  • No unnecessary compressed-air losses.
  • Drainage depending on the accumulated amount.
  • Sensor detects all types of condensate.
  • Insensitive to dirt.
  • Low maintenance.
  • Fully automatic monitoring.

Unnecessary costs and damage during the generation of compressed air can only be avoided in an efficient way with amount-adjusted condensate drainage. BEKOMAT condensate drains operate with a capacitive sensor and these intelligent electronics prevent compressed-air losses and minimise energy demand. As a result, the BEKOMAT often pays for itself off within half a year, in contrast to devices with timed drain valves.

At Glaston, our team of highly skilled and experienced engineers have considerable expertise in the design, supply, and maintenance of BEKO air condensate technology. We offer a range of products and services for your business, including nitrogen generators and vacuum pumps. For more information about our complete range of BEKO technology and drains, please contact us today or speak to one of our advisers on 01695 51010.
